This is a little pastel I did last summer from a photo I took. I still like the design enough to do another one, only this time in watercolor. I'm curious how different or how similar it may come out. I've drawn the picture on the watercolor paper and will start painting it tomorrow. Last night I came down with a bug, and today I couldn't stand at an easle very long...so I did a lot of "painting" in my head while lying down!!! I came up with soooo many great ideas for paintings, I could see the design and color in my mind's eye, and then, I'd roll over and groan....if only I could get up and do it!
