The colors are quieter in this painting, more earthier. The weather is dull and gray. I wish it would get nice again. I have spring fever and want to be outside.
I really love what you have done lately, C. I look at it and I imagine other shapes, I guess there´s an abstract touch in your experiments which help us to imagine all kind of things. Oh, by the way, there´s something in my blog for you!
Hello, Carolyn! I really love this watercolor! It seems that you look down on falling leaves. But not so simply! It is like anything else out there hiding under leaves! :-)
Yes, spring has already passed in the summer! There are poplar fluff fly in the city! I wish you inspiration! And wish you warmth and health!!!
Welcome to my art blog! This is where I share my explorations and learning experiences in pastel, watercolor and oil painting. I have had this blog for about six or more years. I am currently entering many national and regional juried art shows. I have a website and sell my work from there as well. I started a group called Reno Tahoe Plein Air Painters a year ago and it has grown to about 40 active painters! Each year brings new challenges and exciting opportunities. I have made many friends among other art bloggers and enjoy visiting their blogs. I hope you enjoy your visit here, and click on the links to my website and the plein air painters to see more!

I know I never comment, but I really do find this one piece very appealing - don't know why.
