- Welcome to my art blog! This is where I share my explorations and learning experiences in pastel, watercolor and oil painting. I have had this blog for about six or more years. I am currently entering many national and regional juried art shows. I have a website and sell my work from there as well. Perfect shapes and lovely colours so far!!! This is so different to all the flowery paintings you showed us lately.
It is a wonderful composition! Fish! I do love fish, especially looking on them in your pictures! They are always very graceful in your paintings! Circles on the water, wet backs - all this creates an atmosphere of water area. I would now dive swim with them! This is great, Carolyn! Wonderful work, waiting for the continuation! :-))))
While I appreciate the abstract aspects of this, and your pastel technique, I am NOT a fish person! I think they're icky! So Liz won't be doing a needlepoint of this one :-)
Oh Liz, LOL, you are too funny. So that makes two things I know you DON'T like: flowers and fish!
