Light Through the Hollyhocks - mixed media

I'm happy to have finished this painting.  After doing all I could with watercolor, I used traditional (waxy) colored pencils on top.  I wish I had more time to paint.  Someday....

I'm looking forward to life settling down!  We've been sooo busy!  Tomorrow I'm babysitting and we have to do the final things to close escrow on the new house with baby in tow....I hope Baby Whit can tolerate it all.

Well, I think it´s good for the babies to learn how to adapt to different situations. Life is life and it´s healthy to learn about it soon. Good luck! Nice work, it shows different materials right away.

Thank you my artsy friends! Baby Whit did great that day - what a trooper! He has seen this house several times now - the only one in the family that has so far.
