Twisting Branches

Sorry, I have been away from art and away from my blog.  This is one hour's worth of beginning on a new pastel.  I did it in class a couple of weeks ago, and all I did was block in the 3 basic values of masses, so it doesn't make much sense right now.  But suddenly my life got out of control and I had to put all painting, weaving, and art of any kind away to deal with life stuff, and there are only so many hours in a day!  Things are still a bit crazy, so it might be a while before I work on this some more, or blog again, but rest assured, I will be back!

O! Hello, Carolyn!
I want to say that I love your pastels! :-)
They are very color, have characters of landscapes, sky and branches! They are Harmony! :-)

This picture very interesting! One branch in the foreground - weird! It is similar for creature, something alive. I like the style of strokes - just wonderful!

Carolyn! We are waiting for you! For your new wanderful pictures! And I know, you will be back soon! Hurrey! Wishing you smile :-)
Don't lose a heart! All will be good and better! And THE BEST!

Hello, hello, we missed you. Art is inspiring and not boring like everyday life, but sometimes we can´t escape from all those grey issues.
I see you like trees a lot, and you are able to draw and paint them very well. I can´t wait to see more of your work.
I´ll be here waiting...
Hope everything is ok!!!
